Responsible for helping with the in-fleet and turn-back of vehicles, resolving customer and employee relations issues, monitoring and enforcing company policies, procedures and requests from the Owner and General Manager.  Supervises Rental Sales Agents, Shuttle Drivers, Valet Drivers, Hikers, and/or Service Agents.

 

    • Strong knowledge of the car rental industry and operating procedures.
    • Proficiency in the use of personal computer programs including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
    • Knowledge and skill in the operation of the car reservation computer software.
    • Good organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and direct the work of others.
    • Strong sales orientation with the ability to motivate others.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of motivational sales techniques.
    • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.
    • Good supervisory skills.
    • Ability to present a professional and enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression of company to customers and employees.
    • At least 2 years experience in the car rental industry or a related field.
    • Valid driver's license as required by state.
    • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
